Overview
A large-scale wedding at one of Seattle’s most iconic venues — the Edgewater Hotel on Elliott Bay — coordinated across a 9-month planning engagement. Zed served as the couple’s primary point of contact throughout the planning process, managing vendor relationships, day-of logistics, and on-site coordination for 250 guests. The venue managed food and catering, allowing Zed to focus on the full scope of event coordination, styling, and guest experience.

- Served as primary point of contact with the couple across a 9-month planning engagement
- Managed vendor relationships and logistics for florals, decor, and cake
- Organized the wedding party for photos and assisted with wedding day styling and outfits
- Served as day-of on-site coordinator, managing event flow, vendor execution, and guest experience
- Coordinated all ceremony and reception logistics in collaboration with the Edgewater Hotel events team
- Hand-lettered 250 individual place cards in fountain pen calligraphy for the formal dinner
- Delivered best man speech at the reception

A fully coordinated 250-guest wedding at a premier Seattle waterfront venue — executed across a 9-month engagement with zero day-of logistics failures and a seamless guest experience from ceremony through reception.
