Overview
Acceleprise is a leading enterprise software accelerator based in San Francisco, supporting early-stage B2B startup founders through a structured cohort program. Zed served as Program Coordinator for SF Cohort 12, managing the full event and programming calendar for a cohort of 19 companies across a 5-month intensive program — one of the largest cohorts in the accelerator’s history.
Contributions
- Coordinated all weekly programming, speaker scheduling, and community events across the 5-month cohort
- Managed logistics and communications for founder workshops, investor presentations, and mentor sessions
- Produced the cohort’s Company Look Book, a designed publication profiling all 19 portfolio companies for distribution to investors and partners
- Supported Demo Day preparation and presentation logistics
- Served as primary point of contact for cohort founders on scheduling and program communications
Outcome
Successfully coordinated one of Acceleprise’s largest SF cohorts — 19 companies, 5 months of weekly programming — through the early weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic, pivoting programming to virtual format as needed.
