Overview
The Wonder Body Connection Tour was a 30-city national tour produced under Body Trust Circle in 2017–2018, coordinating readings, coloring events, workshops, and community gatherings across a diverse range of venue types — from independent bookstores and community centers to house parties and sex-positive spaces. The tour was built around community connection and accessibility, bringing Body Trust Circle’s embodiment and self-acceptance frameworks directly into local communities across the country through intimate, participatory event formats.
Contributions
- Co-produced and coordinated all 30 tour stops across the US over two years
- Communicated with and secured venues across multiple formats: bookstores, community centers, house parties, sex-positive spaces, and half-day workshop venues
- Managed logistics across multiple simultaneous event formats — readings, coloring events, and workshops — adapting production requirements to each venue type
- Coordinated travel, scheduling, and communications across all 30 cities
- Managed participant outreach, event promotion, and local community partnerships in each city
- Produced half-day workshops as part of select tour stops, managing all logistics and facilitation coordination
Outcome
A fully coordinated 30-city national tour produced over two years, bringing community embodiment programming into local spaces across the country and building Body Trust Circle’s national presence city by city.
