Overview
A 10-city North American book tour produced in support of a queer literary anthology, running simultaneously with a 30-stop virtual blog tour coordinated across April 2012. Zed served as Producer and Lead Coordinator, managing all aspects of the physical tour while simultaneously overseeing the parallel virtual tour — coordinating contributing authors, partner organizations, and venues across 10 major North American cities over 8 months.

- Produced all 10 tour stops end-to-end including venue booking, author coordination, and day-of execution
- Coordinated simultaneous 30-stop virtual blog tour running parallel to the physical tour throughout April 2012
- Managed relationships with co-presenting partner organizations at select stops across multiple cities
- Handled all contributor communications, scheduling, and logistics across 10 cities over 8 months
- Developed promotional strategy and audience development campaigns for each individual market
Outcome
Successfully executed one of the most logistically complex tours in the portfolio — 10 cities across the US and Canada over 8 months, with a simultaneous 30-stop virtual component running in parallel, coordinating multiple authors, venues, and partner organizations throughout.
